Notice of Annual General Meeting,
Council Meeting and Annual Report

The Central Highlands Council will hold its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 9 December 2025 commencing at 9.00am, with the Council Meeting to commence after the Annual General Meeting at the Bothwell Council Chambers, Alexander Street, Bothwell. The meeting is open to the public, but Council is likely to close the meeting to the Public between 9.20am – 10.00am

Items to be discussed are:

  • The 2024/2025 Annual Report
  • Responses to submissions received on the Annual Report

Matters relating to the Annual Report will be open for discussion at the meeting and members of the public are invited to attend.

Written submissions on the Annual Report should be submitted to the Acting General Manager, Alexander Street, Bothwell 7030 by Wednesday, 3 December 2025.

Copies of the Annual Report are available from both Council Offices and on Council’s website www.centralhighlands.tas.gov.au

Annual General Meeting – Tuesday 9 December 2025 – Bothwell at 9.00am

Council Workshops:

All Council Workshops will be held at Bothwell on the first Tuesday of each month commencing at 9.00am.  Additional Workshops will be held as and when required and are not open to the Public.

It should be noted that should there be any variation to the schedule, such variation will be advertised.
