 ### Council Administration

Central Highlands Council's administration team delivers services, programs and projects for our community and implements the decisions made by Council.

The organisation is led by:

- **General Manager** – Stephen Mackey (Bothwell Office)
- **Deputy General Manager** – Adam Wilson (Hamilton Office)

Council staff provide professional advice to Councillors and manage the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and effectively across the municipality.

### Our Service Areas

Council's teams work together to support residents, businesses and visitors through a range of services, including:

- Works and infrastructure
- Planning and development
- Environmental health and regulatory services
- Finance, governance and administration
- Community development
- Emergency management
- Economic development and tourism
